Located in Northampton and formed in 2007 to coincide with the introduction of HIPs and EPCs, Hipright is a regional supplier of Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates to Estate Agents, Solicitors/Conveyancers, Property Developers and direct to Homeowners. 

Partners David Lea and Chris Evans have both spent many years working within the property industry and can draw from an extensive knowledge base on housing and construction related matters.

The concept of Hipright from day one has been to keep the process as simple and straightforward as possible and offer a seamless service from enquiry to delivery.  Our ethos is based firmly on service and delivering a quality end product.
